You are Responsible for all of this. Do something to fix it.
We are very angry and we are not going away until you do.
Lot 2 South Costerfield-Graytown Rd, Costerfield - Splitters Creek -
is being stripped of topsoil in breach of the Planning Permit that
you, as part of the Responsible Authority, approved.
The Permit is attached. Perhaps you would do us the honour of
actually reading it this time.
Condition 7b(i). Monitoring "prior to". And condition 19a. Will
those "records" be to your "satisfaction", given the lack of
monitoring undertaken prior to the development... and what about the
monitoring right now?
No dust monitoring. No water testing. Just more mine
infrastructure. No concern for Health Issues.
As the Responsible Authority what are you doing about this potential
threat to the health and well-being of the people of Costerfield?
Why have you allowed it to take place?
You are Responsible for this. Do
something now!
