As Yet Unsubstantiated II

In light of our previous posts detailing EPA intimidation of local residents in Costerfield, we bring you the latest, and what would appear to be the final communication necessary prior to the issuing of an abject apology by EPA officers.

Mr Colin Leask and Ms Pamela King have been in contact with the Shire of Strathbogie in order to clarify and confirm the non-requirement of a permit to compost for their chemical-free farm and to expose the issuance of an EPA notice for what it was: a blatant and vindictive attempt to intimidate them because of their continuing objections to the under-regulated conditions at the Splitters Creek Facility construction site.
